What to Bring

Cap & MKA Scarf
• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, deodorant, contact solution, soap, shampoo, etc.)
• Clothing for 3-4 days
• Flip flops
• Shorts and/or swimming trunks
• Fleece and rain jacket (nights/mornings can be chilly)
• Athletic Shoes & Apparel
• Sleepwear
• Flashlight
• Water bottle with your name on it
• Hiking Shoes
• Backpack (to pack stuff for hiking)
• Some snacks or energy bars for hiking
• Medicines and prescriptions
• Lots of spare clean socks

 

This year we have better facilities with hotel-style rooms so most people will NOT need to bring the following items. They will be provided by the YMCA. We will contact you if we want you to bring them.
